    Thank you , so helpful. I can't believe how much olive oil I was drizzling on almost every lunch and dinner I prepared thinking it was a healthy thing. I have cut out a huge amount of butter, dairy, eggs, meat . The first good thing the first week of eating oil free was, I could breathe much better and so many great things with my health so far in this new way of preparing healthy meals.

    I’ve only switched to the vegan lifestyle recently, but it’s been a lot easier to cut out oil than I thought possible. I think it’s probably more difficult for someone who is used to eating out a lot or getting takeout to switch to no oil.

    Well said Lissa! I also get cravings if I eat oil in foods. Also, when I was letting go of cooked, I thought it was starch (cooked) that wsa holding me back, but on reflection it was cooked starch + oil that I was craving.
