    That smoothie bowl had me drooling! Now I feel like one tomorrow morning to set me up for my day at work ha ha. I'm sure I need to get more veggies in me. I've mostly been eating fruit, because that's just what I feel like. But I'm going to check out your french dressing and see if I can work it with some raw zucchini noodles! Thanks for the inspiration as always!

    Wow! How's did you manage to get so many calories in such a small amount of food? I'm doing raw til dinner and sometimes I have to force myself to get 1370(cronometer suggested calories for my weight/height) in raw food before dinner.

    Women should intake %20 of healthy fats daily. You can do your own research but other raw foodists also switched their diet to more high fat diet. Like katefruitflowers. I also highly recommend yoy watching savy's videos( microvore diet) her video about fat intake. Fats are important for reproduction and kate actually said she lost her period when consuming 10 percent fat intake daily, when she ate more fats, she got her period back. Also you can watch micthevegans video about how eating almonds and walnuts doesnt cause you to gain weight even you consume alot. Just wanted to encourage you to research more, not trying to be offensive. About dates, i agree with you tho. Vegan eat way too much dates. Date is very high in sugar.

    everything looked great! I have to admit though that I STILL worry about calories. I am still in the mindset of eating 1700 to not quite 2000 calories. I need to stop that bc I only get about 75% of my nutritional needs. it's just hard to shake that bc it's been ingrained for soooooo long and I am not active. I'm working on that as well, lol. 😉

    Hey Lissa, I just started to follow you and ordered the bundle cook book and there was another book with it I forget what it is, love your channel, question what type of B12 and what is the potency of the B12, i.e. who is the maker of your B12 and how many mcg's do you take. Thanks a bunch and again love your channel keep up the good work of educating me on this type of eating, I am starting slow.
