    So good to see you back to your ideal weight. I thought for a while there that you had gained some weight. I have the same problem lately. For different reasons I have gained back 20 pounds since last year. I had lost 88 pounds alltogether. Then I started to include cooked foods again and had cheat days, but the results are very frustrating. So I think you are very right when you say, that it is better not to cheat at all and stay with the low fat raw vegan diet once and for all. After all, it is not only the weight gain, but health problems as well that show up immediately after behaving the wrong way. Joint pain and increased inflammation markers where the result. I had to up my cortison intake and had to start taking pain killers every day again. I just want it to stop forever ( rheumatoid arthritis) and be healthy forever with my ideal weight. Thank God for people like you Lissa, who are such an inspiration and life savers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    Hard truth to hear but I need to hear it. I’m eating avos and nuts and nut butters and tahini all day long— I always have as a high-raw vegan and the weight remains as the years move along. Just so hard to not have the fats, but your video has been encouraging. Thank you, M 💚

    Great points! I wanted to share a quick story. I bought your dips and dressings book and was taking them to work for lunch. Everybody loves whatever I bring lol. The MD that I work with was always wanting me to share the recipes so I bought her the book! She was so thankful and loves it! I also gifted one to my mother in law, who’s been vegan awhile but she also loves it! So keep up the good work! You are so appreciated 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
