    Lisa, Thank you for this post. Watched it last night. Got up this morning and made a huge salad- mixed greens, arugula, pea shoots, beet greens, celery, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, red beet, kohlrabi. So I have this for lunch and half for when I get home. So I will not be tempted to eat something else, because it is already ready! Thanks!
