    Another amazing video. Great advise! I do my exercise and jog daily so it's completely part of my life like brushing my teeth. I think if I had to decide if I wanted to workout, I would always have an excuse not to…Thank you Lissa for this video??

    OMG this is so true. My dad constantly uses "moderation" to make unhealthy choices. I remind him that moderation only got me moderate results, and I'm not interested in just surviving, I'm doing this lifestyle to thrive!
