I’m coming out with a new series of videos, of Simple Clean Gourmet Recipes!
As many of you know from my Live Hangouts, I tend to eat the same things day in and day out. I was getting to the point where my desire for food was diminishing from this.
I decided to create ‘Simple Clean Gourmet Recipes’ that are simple and clean enough for me to eat. I’ve been eating clean 100% Raw Vegan for over 20 years now, so I’m pretty sensitive to foods such as concentrated powdered spices, dehydrated foods, coconut sugar, nama shoyu and many other typical gourmet “raw” ingredients.
I have no problem eating them every once in awhile, but I can’t eat these types of foods every single day and still feel as good as I do now.
So I’m creating these recipes to switch things up for me, and I’ve been back into indulging in my meals once again! In tomorrow’s video, I’ll share with you the rules about what ingredients are allowed and not allowed in my new simple clean recipe video series lol.
