    Hi Lisa! Could you please help me to understand what folate is? I use Cronometer and every day my folate is way too high, like 322% and highlighted in red. It’s coming largely from the big serving of spinach in my banana smoothies each day, as well as nooch and my garden of life raw protein powder. My manganese today was at 700% or so, with pineapple as the number one culprit. Any advice would mean so much! Thank you

    Hi Lissa, you're so right. Ever since I began to focus on eating more healthy fruits and vegetables going to restaurants aren't a treat anymore. I enjoy the atmosphere of restaurants and seeing friends more than the food. The salads I make at home are way more delicious than what ordinary restaurants offer. Summer is the ideal time to go for hikes and enjoy nature.
