    alyse do you notice differnets in your weight including some cooked food?
    i am asking myself.. they always say that raw fruits and vegetables are best for maintaining good weight but they are also the easiest to digest an maybe the body absorb more from it than on some cooked.. so i wonder.. in the long term.. you have to eat less and less from rawfood to maintain your weight? because the absorption of the body is better during a long rawfood diet..???

    Awesome video girls! ? I agree on most of the points with you. The only thing I have a different experience with is with raw food and acne. I had terrible acne when I ate high fruit diet and it got so much better when I switched to cooked vegan diet with less fruits. I know quite a few people who have a similar experience like me. I guess it just really depends on person.
