    Sorry didn't get the ingredient called broushies (have no idea how to spell) that you put after the nuts. You said it is something to make the nuts into a cheese. Can you tell me what that powder is made of,I live in Holland and i need to start asking around then. Thank you

    Just made these tacos with the chips and dip and they were very delicious.  The walnuts w/ the extra ingredients amazed me on how good it was just like real taco meat. Thanks liferegenerator 2 thumbs up

    Wondervamp – thanks for the calorie count.  The only difference is that unless a single person plans on eating the entire bowl of taco meat, all the cheese and all the guac, then one is only ingesting a 10th of the total calories you've tallied for us.  And yet, I still think it's a great way to get one's friends and family interested in the possibility of eating raw foods as a lifestyle change.  As a raw food 'convert', I see these recipes as 'special occasion' type goodies anyway, or great for handling an old ghost of a craving for In-n-Out.   As you said, lots of fat is….lots of fat, but there are good fats (which the body does need) and done in moderation, should not be the health risk you'd like to paint it.  I believe that when vegans get unhealthy, it's because they've limited all the fat in their diets down to something that doesn't serve the body well.  Without lubrication from good oils and fats, we'd all feel as stiff as the Tin Man after a rainstorm.  Putting a bit of healthy fats back into the body in the form of nuts & seeds can only be a good thing.  Cheers to you, either way!  Blessings, Love & Light!

I have rarely seen a man being so meticulous and thorough while preparing the healthiest meal on planet and literally I was drooling and thinking I would be so privileged to attend to such dinner parties or any party like yours which serves such wonderful earthy freshness on a plate like yours. Keep it up and send your rainbow vibrations to every corner of earth and I hope more and more men specially understand eating beyond meat and processed junk because we ladies would like to see otherwise a healthy,polished and well groomed handsome and chiseled men like you with brain and brawn put together in body.
