    LOL!!! I love listening to you, I feel the same way about people who are always making recipes and I know I also would not be raw if I had to do that day in and day out. But don't get me wrong I love to see others do it because its pretty and I don't mind doing it myself once in a great while but NOT EVERY DAY. Now if I was doing a recipe book I would do it for that reason only BUT NOT to live on and do again and again everyday, 3 to 4 times a day, etc. I love the simplicity of the Raw lifestyle.

    It all boils down to not having the tools & not choosing to deal with their disturbed mind. It's this way for all of us at our own unique trajectory. Plus, majoring in minor things, distraction, not accessing & dealing with emotions & straight up unconditional ignorance.

    I generally find that the longer it takes to prepare a meal, the harder it is to digest. So complex recipes mean more work both before and after the meal. Who wants that! I feel more drawn to eating mono meals now. Am even finding salads relatively hard work to prepare and digest. Having said that, I did go through a recipe book stage, but those books are now literally gathering dust. Maybe it's all part of the process. Or maybe I'm just getting lazy lol
