I'm sure the 'eating hydration' working better thing is because of the h20/potassium/sodium ratios, which are in total balance. Drinking water on it's own can upset this balance, and even lead o dehydration.

I am SO GLAD you are on Youtube! This video is absolutely necessary, thank you!! Your channel is a valuable resource for anyone who wants to be a raw vegan. Your shirt looks awesome, I love ferns…where did you get it?

Good thing you mentioned there's no reason to not drink water, cause I recently watched a video by Doug Graham where he demonises drinking water, cause of some silly reasons one being it's so hard to trap water in your hands… I didn't want to bother him with my opinion on the topic, but I think if some individuals take his advice seriously, it might be very dangerous to their health in some cases. I also shop almost daily, but depending on the weather here fruit takes a long time to ripen, sometimes weeks. I'm very much into sprouting myself, though it does take some preparation and effort once you get the hang of it, it's rather easy. Dehydrator recipes take too long for my patience, though I've made some in the past.

Great video! 😊 Im still struggling but watching vids from you and other raw YouTubers help a lot. How long does the detox last? It is difficult doing this lifestyle when you live with people who don’t understand why you want to be healthy.

Thank you for this video! Your so inspiring😊. I personally feel my best eating raw and as I heal my body from chronic illness I find it serves my body so well. My con is that I am a mom of 3 kids who eat vegan but do eat cooked foods. Even though I make sure to share my raw foods with them they still enjoy there cooked vegan foods. As I work through healing I do find it tempting at times especially being the chef of the household. 😉 it’s not impossible just challenging!

I really enjoyed this video.  thx ;)One con I have is the increased cost going vegan to raw vegan, I turn that to a pro by reminding myself of the decreased cost I have in healthcare. And in the words of my husband, "You cannot put a price on your health". I have only been fully raw for a few weeks now and I already see measurable benefits (both physically and mentally).
