The story goes that I killed a cat from being too “airy-fairy,” having low blood sugar, and not being able to focus on the road. While this did not actually happen to me, IT VERY WELL COULD. For those of you who eat a high carb diet, you know what this is like. The “extremeness” varies depending upon the individual and what he/she is used to. Like I said, Orlin deals with being under-carbed much better than me (He’s seriously an angel…). But as I said in the video, when you are hungry, you don’t think as clearly. I believe that we are more sensitive as Raw Vegans, too, because there is less stimulation and chemicals in our bodies. What do you think?

HOW A RAW FOOD DOG DIET FIXED WHAT VET MEDS DIDN’T



My dog had been suffering from some form of food allergy. After several Vet visits and hundreds of dollars spent on prescription meds and medicated shampoos, I decided to take matters into my own hands. In this video I break down how switching my dog to a raw diet healed my dogs skin issues. It’s been three years now and he’s still go strong.

David was diagnosed with MS and it got so severe he ended up using a walker to get around. The doctors said he required meds, would end up in a wheelchair and didn’t have long left to live. At first he didn’t seem to get any results in regards to the MS through eating raw, however he and his wife decided to stick it out due to all of the other benefits that they were receiving. They had more energy within 3 days, acid reflux was gone in two weeks, their arthritis went away in two months, and they saw a lot of healthy weight loss, so they stuck with it, knowing that incredible things were happening on the inside. They stayed the course and within one year David was running again. It’s been verified medically that he doesn’t have MS in his body anymore. Since then they have helped many others to heal from MS. She Healed Severe Lupus With Raw Foods in 90 days!

TIPS ON EATING A RAW FOOD DIET IN COLD CLIMATES



FREE EBOOKLET Beyond a shadow of a doubt, the human animal is a tropical one. To survive in non tropical climates we need more shelter, clothing and heating, and our natural food source – fruit – is hard to come by!

Thanks to globalization however, we can now get tropical fruits, year round, almost anywhere in the world! This means that eating a raw vegan fruit based diet is now possible, even though we’re not in the tropics.

The problem with imported fruit however, is that in order to endure the shipping process it needs to be picked earlier than what is ideal, and as a result it will not have the full spectrum of nutrients and will not taste as good.

Trying to eat a raw food diet in cold climates can be challenging, but it is possible. It all depends on exactly where you are, and how much you want to stay raw.

You’ve got to really make an effort to find the good stuff, make sure you always have ripe fruit on hand and generally do your best.

Here are some tips and tricks on how to stay raw during winter, and what to do when the going gets tough!

DO I ALWAYS EAT A 100% RAW FOOD DIET?



FREE EBOOKLET I want to share with you exactly how much of my diet consists of raw food and why!

There’s no doubt about it; raw foods are both more nutritious and less toxic than their cooked counterpart. All animals on earth eat a 100% raw diet – except humans!

To the degree that you deviate from a raw diet, you are also compromising your ability to achieve optimal health. However, if your choices were between cooked food or no food, then the cooked food would obviously be beneficial for survival! These days though, we are almost never in such a situation, and by planning and making an effort to find quality fruit wherever we are, we are able to stay raw almost anywhere!

Still, not all places are conducive to health and a raw food diet. The imported fruit in some places are far from optimal, and not only nutritionally inferior to fresh, ripe, tropical fruit but also extremely unsatisfying and even disgusting at times. It’s during times like these that I find myself choosing simple cooked foods over raw foods. It’s not that cooked food works, because it does not, but when all else fails – it’s a viable option. I make an effort to keep it very simple, and prefer sweet potatoes, pumpkins and plantains over non sweet roots, grains and legumes.

I keep it strictly low fat (less than 15% of total calories) and 100% vegan all the time.

The key is to do the best you’re willing to do, in any given situation and then be OK with your choice.

So – do I eat 100% raw? I can’t say I do, because 3 % of the time or so, I find myself choosing the less optimal food choice due to the circumstances that I put myself in – and that’s fine with me! The health suffers slightly, but it’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make. For now.

I know it’s not about the weight loss, but it’s my outward expression of a healthful interior so I want to share a video I shot from right before I decided to be a raw vegan. Bloated, tired, feeling like crap and sluggish, bad sleeps (waking up with panic attacks nightly), addicted to energy drinks and Doritos, craving everything, eating anything, not caring anymore about my health, full of acne, no energy, I even BREATHE funny in the little video if you listen closely I sound completely blocked and stuffed up which I never noticed until I re-watched it. I had sugar imbalances, crashes and had tons of yeast, bladder infections, imbalanced hormones, sore joints, brain fog, and a really bitter attitude. My face and hair were super oily and I had cellulite, dry skin in places and didn’t even care to get out of bed most days. My metabolism was all messed up from calorie restricting and binging on chips and ranch dip with fried chicken. I was cold ALL the time especially in my hands and feet.
