Not Losing Weight on a Raw Food Diet?

If you are not losing weight on a raw food diet, there is usually a simple reason why. Figuring out a plant based diet really isn’t all that complicated. Nothing extreme is necessary and I found it quite easy to lose weight on a raw vegan lifestyle.

    I've been trying a raw diet again. I say again because I tried once last year and failed! I've only been doing it for about a week and a half and I've lost 5 pounds already. I have been eating mostly fruit because I honestly get bored with eating raw veggies. Now I love cooked veggies and I love juicing vegetables and throwing them in my smoothie…… but raw? Not really! I do have a few favorite raw meals that's straight vegetables but that's about it! Don't even get me started talking about salads 😷😒 lol I hate salads! Thanks for the video!
