    I think you need to go and see a doctor very soon. What you ate in a day hardly amount to 800-900 calories. If you slept all day you will burn between 1200-1500. Your metabolism slowed to live on this amount of food, but this is NOT healthy. When you eat raw diet you even need more food to get enough nutrition. What you ate that day indicate an eating disorder. Please don't make more videos like that telling other young girls that this amount of food is healthy for them in a day. There are many young people who are vulnerable out there. You are making more damage than good.

    You should add protein to your diet, and probably more calories. Just a thought you seem you need gain a bit more weight, measure your mass body intake, sometimes it’s good to see what we are doing isn’t in fact hurting us. Good luck on your journey, I tried it once, but didn’t last 😁

    These vegan raw eaters are sooo obsessed with detoxification, she looks too skinny in my opinion and judging by what she eat it's too little calories in it. Those calories maybe enough if you just spend all of your day in your house doing nothing
