    Me too, lately I always eat when I'm under stress , even if it healthy food I just hate how I can't control my portion sizes
    Thanks for sharing this video, you're so honest and sure your body needed that calories, you're already extremely active so I believe your body burning calories during and after your workout times

    It could be a lot worse, dude. You could have gone into town and eaten some terrible fast food or something. There are still things I have a problem cutting out…sugar among them. Chocolate and peanut butter has its hold on me. And I always have that voice that says "You can still cheat once in a while." even though I know that its those cheat days that are keeping me from my goals more than just about anything else.

    So I guess what I'm saying is….if you're still doing raw vegan and some gourmet vegan stuff, you're still better off than 99.999999999 percent of the country.
