You two are so right ~ no matter what way you are eating there is a learning curve, there is prep time and such. After watching the video of your 10 day road trip a light bulb went off for me that I can do this. You made it look so easy ;0)

Love your video(as always). You two are so adorable. I was comparing my raw diet to Dr. Gregor's recommended daily dozen. I failed because I do not eat beans. Is there something comparable to beans that is raw and I get the same benefits? Thanks 😉 I am so glad your back on YT missed your videos.

Yeah, definetly 🙂 Boy, is it as hot there as it has been here in Germany!!!!! I have been sitting down with Lissa`s Winter cookbook today, indulging in the pictures!!!! I am so excited about fall to arrive!!!!! I took one of the recipes, I think it was the plum pudding, and made my own version of it, with the ingredients I had on hand. It really is simple, but it never has to be boring. I had some frozen tropical fruit, which I filled into a mason jar (1 third full) then I made some chia-chocolate pudding and poured it on top. I packed it into the fridge and waited for about an hour. It was so delicious and simple to make. Now I can`t wait for all the pumpkins to be ripe and the apples. My girlfriend bought me a whole bucket of plums over today. Hurrraaaahhhhh. I wonder what I am going to make out of them. If I can`t eat them up before they go bad, I will freeze them for smoothies or pudding 🙂
