    I just found your channel so I'm going to check out the rest of your videos. I really in general jus want more info on breakfast, snacks, and dinner as well. Do you have to count calories if trying to lose weight? What are the specific macros when doing a plant based diet? Are macros even important? How do you determine serving size? Is it basically just fruits and veggies? What are the basic general foods that you can eat? I really hate complicated foods that you cant find in your local Walmart. I like simplicity. Is this possible with a plant based diet? Your meal seems simple, but Ive seen videos from others with food choices Ive never even heard of.

    When it comes to eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your every day nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while.
