Guide To Feeding Puppies RAW Food

This video shows what a RAW meal looks like for a 26 pound puppy and provides links to several online resources to help you get started. This shows 1 of his 2 daily meals.

The puppy in this video is Ogryn, my 13wk old Renascence Bulldogge. He has been eating a RAW diet since he was 5wks old.

*Disclaimer:
If you have seen some of my prior RAW feeding videos you will hear me repeating some of the information from them here and in my future RAW feeding videos. This is done for multiple reasons…

1. The ‘vast majority’ of those watching these feeding videos, some of which have gotten close to a million views, are 1st time viewers to my channel that haven’t seen my prior feeding videos.

2. If I don’t repeat these RAW feeding facts I will be asked them over and over in the comments section.

You have now been warned… Lol. If you are not interested in hearing some of this information repeated don’t complain here about it in my comments… just don’t click on and watch my RAW feeding videos. 🙂

*To answer a question I know I will get in the comments:

Yes, it’s OK to feed your dogs ‘RAW’ bones. It’s only cooked bone you should never feed your dogs – including those large Smoke Bones they sell at pet stores. Cooking the bone makes it undigested, brittle and prone to causing obstruction of the g-track and a perforated bowel. Canines are meant to digest raw bones and have been doing it for millions of years. Don’t take my word for it though, I’m just some guy on YouTube… lol. Do your research. I’ll provide some links down below if you’d like to do that. I’ve been feeding this way for over 20 years with great results.

*Muk-bang or mukbang is an online broadcast in which a host eats large quantities of food, while interacting with their audience. Usually done through a webcast.

I feed my dogs the B.A.R.F. Diet (Biologically Appropriate Raw Foods). Here are a couple of books on the B.A.R.F. diet I recommend by DVM Ian Billinghurst.

I just stumbled across this channel and I'm glad I did. First off your have some awesome Dogs! And next you have bred some very even temperamental dogs. Well done. I also have bred dogs off and on since I was 13 or 14 years old. And it appears that you are a Veteran. If that is correct, then I thank you for your service that allows me be free and able to do what I like. For instance, browse the Internet and travel from state to state. On a motorcycle of course.

Love watching your videos and I am a new subscriber. We just recently added two white german shepherd pups to our pack (family), one long hair (33 lbs) and one short hair (31 lbs). They are the same ages as Olgryn and Ulu (love her…love her). Our pups are half brothers born 5 days apart. We are feeding raw and learning along the way. They are formally exercised twice a day with walks, off leash runs etc. The boys are very close but play fight all the time. i haven't noticed Ulu and Olgryn doing this. Is this controlled on your part? They wont leave my 16 year old snoodle (10 lbs) alone at times. Any advice on raising two pups together? Again thanks for the videos!

I tried feeding my dog chicken backs, and she cried and couldn't go then she had the runs. It was only one day I tried giving her that and I took her to the vet and they just told me not to give her bones period. So if this is a reaction she had (I no longer go to this vet for other reasons, and other dogs do fine on raw diets) she might have not taken well to it? Or is that a normal reaction?

I got a husky pup at a little under 4 months. Watched your videos right around when I got him but thought why raw. Seemed crazy. Started giving him raw carrot and cucumber and he loved it. Still strayed from raw meats. He's a bit over 6 months now and I'm starting to transition to raw meats after your videos and a lot of other resources. Petfooled is a great documentary on Netflix about why raw is the best way to go and why dry kibble is not.
