    lol why u cheated?  i know its hard to control sometimes, but as u said u had lost 1 and half kg on very third day den u shd hv not continued the diet, and if u did then u shd have not cheated 😛 ,  i mean u cud have easily loss 5 kg instead of 1.5 kg 🙂 …just a thought, m also goin to start the same by tommorw

    You are not supposed to have juice for first 6 days.. 7th day you can.. thats why you didn't lose much weight.. lol and where did you read about bread and sauce? Lol u are not supposed to have bread and sauce.. 
    if you would have not made these mistakes you could have easily lost 4-6 kgs..

    I tried this diet, I was a 80 kg when I started. I followed everything, with strict supervision from my parents and managed to lose 8 kilograms. At present I am now 69 kilograms because after the GM diet plan I started eating better. I now check what I eat instead of just eating it right away. This diet really works and it's safe. I recommend for you guys to follow it as it is, I know it's hard. The temptation for other foods is great but hey, no pain no gain. :D

    Gm diet was invented by general motors company for their employees to lose weight within a week. In this diet you are supposed to have only fruits and vegetables. Along with vegetables and fruits you are supposed to have 8 glasses of water in a day. Fruits and vegetables can be eaten in any form raw or boiled. Please check my blog  for more information.     Here's How It Works
    You must drink 10 glasses of water every day for all 7 days. Follow the diet strictly, no added beverages, alcohol, or dressings. You may use seasoning.
    Day 1: Fruit only. (No bananas yet) Eat as much water based fruit as possible. If you can manage to eat cantaloupe and watermelon only on this day, you can lose up to 3 pounds by the end of the day.
    Day 2: Vegetables only. Raw or cooked. You are encouraged to eat until you are full. You may start the day with a large baked potato with one slice of butter.
    Day 3: Fruits and Vegetables. No potato or bananas.
    Day 4: Bananas and milk. Three glasses of milk, up to 8 bananas, and an unlimited quantity of "GM's Soup". (Recipe Below)
    Day 5: FEAST DAY! Beef and tomatoes. You may eat up to 20oz of lean beef today. (Steak, Roast, Ground Beef…) And 5 whole tomatoes. Drink an additional 2 glasses of water today.
    Day 6: Beef and Vegetables. Today you may eat an UNLIMITED amount of beef and vegetables.
    Day 7: Brown rice and vegetables. Eat to your hearts content. Drinking fruit juice on this day is also encouraged.
    GM's Soup Recipe
    -28 oz of water
    -4 packets of Lipton's French Onion Soup Mix
    -6 onions
    -mushrooms (to your content)
    -tomatoes (to your content)
    -Green Peppers (to your content)

    i strictly follow gm diet and i lost 3 kg in 7 days after 3 days  
     i tried this diet again and add 30 minutes brisk walk daily. i lost 5 kg
     overall 8 kg in 17 days that's too good .. i m now doing this 1 time every month and i losing 1 kg approx a month from last 3 months

    Hey i'm 24 and i'm about 75kgs. The problem with me is that my fat doesn't show that much on my face,hands or legs. But on my belly, upper thighs and CHEST (this is the worst part since im a guy) . Will following this diet once/twice a month lower the visibility of fat on my body?

    Gm diet nice. i need to reduce for i couldn't do for had an accident and couldn't fold my legs to do exercises as it is operated and just walk. I like to follow this but for dinner u haven't said any thing if feel hunger !! can i have fruits if needed?

    Hi can u plse tell me wht should I eat in night times bcoz U haven't mentioned that in the vedio,And can I do workout on during my GM Diet program…the reason why I'm asking because last year I have tried this diet program my face was started glowing and after one week I got started problems with pimples on my face I'm still facing problems with pimples so plse tell me wht should I do and how should I do plse u can mail me to below ID [email protected] Thnk u :)

    Thanks for explaining the GM diet plan. You have got amazing voice. It was treat listening to you here. Just one query: Original GM diet plan calls for beef(for iron and protein) on 5th and 6th day. What can be vegetarian substitute for beef in this diet plan.

    This diet is superb!!

    I lost 10 kgs & I am currently on my 4th day of 2nd week.
    My exercise routine is 100 rope skips, 50 pushups, 50 pull ups..

    Just got light-headed on first 2 days 'cause I started this in peak summer, otherwise no exhaustion or tiredness..
