I've recently been diagnosed with a severely enlarged uterus containing multiple uterine tumors – the largest being the size of a small/medium grapefruit. My stomach is distended to where I appear to be five months pregnant. Won't even bother speaking to the pain, as it's so incredibly excruciating that I have a hard time walking at a slow pace – and anything coming into contact with my lower abdomen, well, I avoid it by any means necessary.

I'm currently on a high-dose BCP regimen to reduce uterine bleeding, as its frequency and volume led to my being admitted to ER. Once that stabilizes, my OB/GYN has suggested another hormonal treatment to reduce the fibroids, as they're so large that any operation is impossible given my small body. After that, a hysterectomy has been suggested. All routine exams have been done (i.e. ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound, biopsy).

Suffice to say, I'm trying to manage this situation as much as possible toward avoiding a hysterectomy. In the short term, I'm also seeking methods for alleviating my symptoms which are as natural as possible. This video was very helpful – thank you for posting this.

Women with fibroid tumors are encouraged to limit consumption of high-fat dairy products such as whole milk, cream and butter. These products are often high in added hormones that can feed your tumors. Opt for organic hormone-free products for your dairy consumption…..>>>>>>>>>>>

I really believe this will work for me – started juicing 2 days ago but slipped already – I am waiting for results of an MRI scan, to assess fibroids, I will need a hysterectomy – this terrified me. I'm really sad. I have also been prescribed thyroxine and have swelling in my ankles. Even before I can have the op, I have to loose weight, so I have nothing to loose by juicing, I'm 43 and I won't be able to have children – a big regret, but I will get through this, life will get better, and I will be revitalised, I don't want ill health -I don't want the op, so I'll keep juicing – thanks for re-inspiring me

I've been suffering from fibroids over 10 years, had a myomectomy but they grew back and as you reach menopause, they go crazy! My doctors scold me, one yelled at me for not doing a hysterectomy. I had to have a blood transfusion when I had the myomectomy and had one last year. The problem is I can't do raw vegetables because I am hypothyroid and cruciferous vegetables reduce my hormone. Also for the past 4 years, I spoke with the founder of the HERS foundation. Ladies, please look up this site. It is very informative. Hysterectomy's is the number one cause of heart disease. If you have a partial hysterectomy, you are 50% chance of having heart disease, if you have a full, it's 75%. Doctors don't tell you this! Your organs drop, your spine compresses because what they don't tell you, the uterus supports a lot of your organs. Right now for me, I am premenopausal, so just started skipping cycles. I am 53 years old. Hysterectomies are a money making business.   Remember you will go into menopause as soon as you are out of surgery. I have lots of fibroids. and I am still refusing it. Check out the HERS Foundation Website.

Thank you all of you for this video. I am inspired by it as I struggle with food addictions with Indian spicy cooked food. I eat raw and then I get the smell of curry and I lose the battle.  Raw food keeps me very healthy and pain free but one spoon of spicy curry and I eat the whole darn potful.  But if she could do it…….so can I. If I want to be pain free I should stop fooling myself and get raw!! Her advise to keep the stomach full on fruits and raw food and that was a brilliant piece. Thanks Dan and Farhana for uploading this.

I just suffered through an absolutely horrible and incredibly painful period and I, too, have fibroids. Starting tomorrow morning, I'm switching to a raw diet. I'm currently a vegetarian and working towards vegan. But I can no longer deal with this monthly curse and will have to go full raw vegan right away. I have also come across info regarding castor oil packs for fibroids. I will be incorporating this as well. I have to have relief from this suffering asap. Thanks for the info.

So your saying if I do a fully raw food diet for how many months, years?  how long will it take?   Will get rid of my fibroids?  I beleive fully in the power of raw foods but wasnt sure if this was a possibility.

This is a great video, the food you eat will save your life. I was taught by Petalwise how to eat properly, exercise daily and take their formula. Stay away from surgery, I had surgery and my fibroids came back! Fibroids can be treated NATURALLY. Change your diet and call  the women at Petalwise, they can help. Good luck to everyone.

Thank you so much for the raw diet Fibroid Myoma salvation tips! I have suffered Myoma (Fibroid Tumors) for over 2 years now and I have researched until falling asleep at my laptop. Unfortunately, all dead ends and talks of surgery. My tumors are very large and I do need them removed; however I do not wish to have a Hyterectomy beaucse I am still young enough for motherhood; my largest dream 😉

You are a fantastic human being and I look forward to my recovery. Blessed Be to you and your present guest and many more blessings in her recovery!

I have tried juicing, smoothies, salads and none of it seemed to work until I watched your video and completely understand what I must do! Omit those foods & DISCIPLINE! Much love and appreciation. Please keep sharing! <3

Awesome video. I recently found out I have fibroids. I had two blood transfusions this week and a biopsy today. My doctor gave me a prescription to stop the bleeding and increased my iron dosage. I must say that the blood has stopped but Im still in pain because of fibroids. I have three fibroids, one is 7 cm, one is 2.5 cm and the othe is 3.5 cm. But they hurt like hell! My doctor wants to perform surgery in the next few months. I do not want to be cut, so I decided to try the raw food diet.

One things I've done. For myself and my girls was to take us off soda , this was the hardest thing to break. We are now free since January 3rd woohoo we working on getting this of the chips, milk, bread, candy. This is really the most amazing feeling to break the soda addictions. I'm so proud of my girls for following me to become. Healthy..

I've been researching fibroids for days. I have a big one and doctor wants to operate and possibly do a hysterectomy. No way. Not only that, a Natural News article says 2500 women die every year from hysterectomies. This is the best video I've seen. Thanks. I've been vegan for a long time but not all raw. Now I will be. Will look up almond yogurt! Love Grandma :)
