Eating Raw Food Diet Or Plant Based Diet, But Feeling Bad? 3 Reasons Why …

Over the last 6 years of us working with hundreds of clients, we generally find there are two types:

1. People who switch to a raw foods or plant-based plan and they thrive. They lose weight fast, they balance their health issues which other approaches have failed to help them with, and they feel on top of the world.

But why do some people still have issues, despite eating a raw food diet or a plant based diet – the healthiest diet and lifestyle in the world?

    I already did a lot os parasites treatments bcose i was positive in ameba and giardia 3 years ago, but i hav still soooo many symptoms. How can i know if the ñarasites are cousing that? The test is negative now. Maybe i kill too much good bacteri and now i hav ibs bcose of that?

    "You need a complete and comprehensive system", sounded just like a push to get more business for yourselves. This was just full of nebulous, repetitive "you need more…" blah blah that didn't give your viewers anything substantive. A tip from a retired speech therapist: work on your medial and final TH sounds–you are substituting F for them. Cheers.

    Thank you! I have been struggling too. Been vegetarian for 28 years and vegan for the last 13 of those years. Over the last few years, I have been eating a much healthier, high-raw whole-foods, vegan diet, but still have had no improvement.

    I recently came across the discovery that vegetarian diets are too high in copper and too low in zinc and that this imbalance will progressively destroy one's health. It is a complex issue, because there is also the possibility that one may have copper deficiency and copper toxicity simultaneously due to Wilson's disease and the inability to carry copper to where it needs to go. So, it is low in areas where it needs to be and builds up in areas where it doesn't need to be. So, one should definitely test their levels before supplementing to avoid making the issue much worse.

    There is too much misinformation out there and it's refreshing to hear honesty instead of propaganda. Thanks again.

    Ive been mostly raw vegan fully organic since 2003, however it only made my health much worse. Some clairvoyant healers said i should eat meat but i cant stand the idea so im still experimenting until i find a plant based solution 🙂 even if i die, its better then an innocent animal does.
