The FullyRaw Meal Plan

Do you want to succeed at a raw food diet?! Here is a fun and easy meal plan for you!

Are you starting a raw diet or do you struggle with starting because you feel that it is not working for you? Let me ask you this: ARE YOU EATING ENOUGH? Why do people fail at eating FullyRaw? The number one reason is because they do not eat enough. Don’t be discouraged!

The number one mistake that people make when they first go FullyRaw is that they don’t eat enough. I want you to succeed, so I’m going to go through different fruit/veggie calorie amounts to help you understand how much you need to be eating to feel your best.

More often than not, I hear about people who try eating FullyRaw for 1-2 weeks, and they feel amazing! They lose weight, have more energy, clearer skin, and feel alive! Then after a few weeks, they hit a plateau, and they begin to feel tired, lethargic, and spacey. When I sit down with these people, what we discover is that they are calorie deficient. They lack energy because they are not consuming enough energy.

This can be a scary journey for many. The first step is always the hardest because its such a new world– it’s a change of lifestyle. It’s not a diet; it’s a way of LIFE. When you begin this lifestyle, it does take time to adapt to eating more fruits and veggies, but once you get the hang, it becomes like second nature and you REALLY FEEL the benefits!

In my last video I show you what I ate. Most people don’t believe I eat that much and that’s ok. I’m not asking you to eat as much as me. I run 6-10 miles daily. I am an an athlete. I need more calories than the average Joe. Take the formula, fit it for you. Eat what feels comfortable. Calorie awareness is so so important. Moat people have been taught to diet-with calorie restriction. I’m here to tell you that calorie AWARENESS IS important. This is an abundant lifestyle, not restriction.

BEFORE WE START, If you are wanting to start a raw food diet definitely check out this video:

In order for you to understand how much you should be eating each day, lets walk through each meal and give you examples of what you can eat with calorie amounts. I’m basing these amounts on a minimal 2000 calorie diet. You may need more, but for example purposes, this is what I will show you. Take my formula, and for it for you.

For FullyRaw Breakfast:
Juice or
Or a 32-64 oz jar of a juice or smoothie fruit based . (This is 375-750 calories.) for beginners, start with 32. For my big eaters, if you’re still hungry it’s ok to do 64 oz. if you’re an athlete and need MORE CALORIES, eat the higher calorie density fruit like bananas, apricots, dates, durian, mango, etc.

FullyRaw lunch. Fruit is FAST FOOD, easy to bring ANYWHERE and easy to prepare. Sometimes it’s as easy as peeling a banana. Done. Aim for 700-800 calories. If you’re still hungry you can eat more. Now this sounds like a lot, but calorie wise, it will most likely be less than a thousand calories. Give examples. Plate this plate that… If u can’t eat that much, eat more frequently.

Download the app Cronometer or a calorie counter on your phone. Physically SEE how much you are eating.

Dinner is the hardest meal to eat Fullyraw. It’s not that it’s any more complicated, but when people get home from a long, hard day at work, they want to REWARD themselves w satisfying foods. Unfortunately, many of us were trained to think that certain “bad” foods were rewarding. Instead of thinking as fruit as the best reward for your body, it’s “ice cream”…. I have converted tons of unhealthy recipes into raw ones to help you out, so please check those out.

Start your dinner w a comfortable portion fruit. Approximately 500-600 calories worth of fruit then 200 calories of veggies and greens — a salad and eat what you want AFTER that. I hope this video helps you! Sending you my HUGS!

This is Mihkku who is an 8.5 month old Siberian Husky in this video. He has just started his raw diet and this is his first meal. After a lot of research before we bought our puppy about raw feeding and then watching our puppy refuse to eat processed food we started a fast of 24 hours and began his raw diet. This is his first raw meal consisting of chicken breast.

Here are my top 10 benefits:

1. Increased energy – this one kept me raw longer than any other benefit! I noticed a huge increase in energy when I went raw, and then another energy increase when I went low fat raw. This is definitely the top of my list 🙂

2 Healthy weight loss or ideal weight maintenance. This is another one that I’ve experienced personally. I easily lost the weight I had gained during pregnancy after adopting a raw food diet.

3. Prevent disease. I believe eating this way is one of the best changes you can make to prevent the big chronic diseases that our society suffers from, such as Cancer, Diabetes, and Heart Disease.

4. Toxin -free – well nearly. This diet definitely contains far less toxins than any other way of eating! This is great for things like weight loss and disease prevention.

5. Skin. Another one of my top reasons of going raw. I have always suffered from bad skin, but my skin has definitely improved with the raw food diet. I am still not 100% happy with my skin, but then again, I haven’t been 100% raw in a while either 🙂

6. No restricting calories. This one is great! It is wonderful to know that I will maintain a healthy weight without every having to worry about limiting my food intake.

7. Look years younger. I am not at the age yet where this is showing yet, but I am glad to be on the wagon so that I always stay young!

8. No time spent in the kitchen. Another fav! It is so easy and simple to eat this way. My family lives on smoothies and fruit bowls all day. These types of meals take minutes and you don’t have anything to clean up after – win win!

9. Easier to exercise. Not only do you have more energy so you feel like exercising, but doing the workouts themselves get so much easier because your blood can carry more oxygen to your cells making your endurance go way up!

10. Motivated to complete life goals. This was one of the most surprising benefits for me, but definitely one I love! I went from sad and depressed and not wanting to do much, to full of life and energy and ready to take on all of my long term goals!

Lots of love,

Top 15 Mistakes Beginners Make on a Raw Food Diet – Part 1/2

The Top 15 Mistakes Beginners Make on a Raw Food Diet

1. Misinterpreting the Cause of Blood Test Results – Don’t forget how long you spent living your previous lifestyle. Your genetics and the choices you made in your past show up today. Don’t automatically assume it is the new raw vegan diet.

2. Undereating – THIS IS SO COMMON! Are you experiencing lack of motivation, low “energy”, feeling spacey, headaches? You might be undereating. Track your calories with something like and make sure you are getting enough for your activity level. (I have eaten up to 3500 cals on some days.)

3. Unnecessary Concern Over Bathroom Trips – You are now eating high water content foods! Compared to cooked (dehydrated) meals prior, people often experience shock with how many times they are taking bathroom breaks. Remember that you should be peeing clear at ~10x a day.

4. Being Judgemental of Other Diets – Who does this benefit? No one.

5.Changing Themselves to “Fit In” – There is no one definition of a raw vegan. Be yourself, continue to do what makes your heart happy.

6.Not Identifying Detox as Such – You may go through a time of unpleasant at the beginning of your transition. Don’t let this deter you.

7.Falling Back Into Unhealthy Eating Because of Cravings – Often people start to introduce cooked food and it is a slippery slope. With yummy low fat raw vegan alternatives there is no need for this.
