What I Eat in a Day | Raw Vegan Healing Protocol



In this video you will see the two staples I had during my 4 weeks of being raw vegan (I was doing the Goodbye Lupus Healing Protocol). Today was a lower calorie day for me but the reality of what I’d eat some days because of a busy schedule. I also include tofu, edamame, guac with veggies, and chia puddings on days when I need more food. I will have to show you all that in another video.

Its been a while since i’ve done a raw day! While I dont eat 100% raw anymore, I do still have at least a couple days in the week that are raw. I have always and will always love raw food, it truly makes me feel my best but I also enjoy the balance of some cooked whole foods incorporated into my lifestyle. I hope you enjoy today’s video!
