    maybe if my weight was composed of fat you'd be right, but my weigth is composed of mostly muscle, i workout, eat good food, etc.

    this guy here, will have aches and pains all the time later (if he doesn't already but chooses to not tell us)

    None of the nutrients you list make meat necessary. They are either available from bacteria or plants, or they are manufactured by our bodies using other components.
    There is a qualitative difference between obligate carnivorism and opportunistic omnivorism. Being omnivorous means we can utilize nutrients from various sources. We know that animal-derived nutrients come with other costs to our health. Less harmful sources are available in the form of plants, so I access those. Omnivorism.

    Hi, have you tried " BellyFATtack " yet? Just search Google. On there you can get a good free video by an experienced medical professional talking on how you can get rid of unwanted fat. This made it easier for David to reduce his abdominal fat. Just give it a try. I hope it helps you as well…

    well said. In fact a good frined fo mine out me on a VEGAN diet, I managed to use that to win to Thai Boxing championships and get to fight for a world title. I get a cold once every 5 to 7 years, resting heart rate is at 37 beats per min.Many of my friends at world level all VEGAN. Ask Mike Tyson, Bill Clinton.Meat is Acidic PH1 when digested,cause bone marrow and calcium issues, 5 biggest animals on Land=>Rhino, Elephant, Water Buffalo, Hipo[water], Gorrila and Giraffe.ALL veg eaters.END GAME

    Wonderful! Just remember to calculate your protein intake at each meal. There is a mathematical equation online to calculate it, but basically it's around 65g daily for womyn on average. :0) I'm not fully raw yet, but I'm working my way there. Except almonds should be roasted.
