    Hello Lisa, I appreciate your videos I've only been eating raw foods 4 2 months, I feel great. It was a process, I would eat raw at one time once a day, then twice a day, I reached raw food three times a day. I also tell myself, I'm a raw foodist today, I appreciate the thought you had mentioned when you go down the food out in the grocery stores about certain foods not being real food and what is real food. I love your recipes they are very delicious and exciting. I'm 64 years young and also I I do strength training, I love this way of life but today I ate something cooked Vegan food and I didn't beat myself up. Thank you very much for your fun videos
